Petitioner Eun Lim’s Petition for Alternative Writ of Mandate CCP § 1094.5 to Set Aside Suspension or Revocation of License, is continued to 02/02/23 at 2:00 PM in Dept. C12.

Petitioner has failed to file proof that the petition for alternative writ was served on the Respondent. (Code Civ. Proc., § 1088.5; Cal. R. Ct. Rule 3.1206.)  Additionally, the petition is incomplete. There is no supporting memorandum, and section 4 of the petition has not been completed.

No later than 01/10/23, Petitioner must: [1] file an amended petition with section 4 completed, [2] serve the petition and supporting papers on Respondent, by personal service, or some other method agreed to by Respondent, and [3] serve notice of the continued hearing date on Respondent.

No later than 01/26/23, Petitioner must file a proof of service reflecting that Respondent was served with the petition and supporting papers and was given notice.

The Clerk shall give notice of the ruling.
