Order to Show Cause re: Preliminary Injunction

Plaintiffs have failed to file a Proof of Service reflecting service of the moving papers in support of the OSC.  Additionally, this matter was assigned to Department C12 in error.  The hearing on the preliminary injunction is therefore taken off calendar and the OSC is dissolved.  Upon reassignment Plaintiff may seek to reset the OSC or move for preliminary injunction.
