Petitioner Xin Li’s Petition to Confirm Arbitration Award is dismissed without prejudice.

There is no proof of service for the petition and serving papers, and no proof that Respondents were given notice of the hearing date. (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 1290.2; 1290.4, subd. (a); Cal. Rules of Ct., Rule 3.1300, subd. (c).) The Court continued the hearing from 06/29/23 to 08/03/23, to provide Petitioner with an opportunity to correct this defect. (ROA 12.) Petitioner has not corrected the defect.  As such, the petition shall be dismissed without prejudice.
