The hearing on the City of Santa Ana’s Petition for the Appointment of a Receiver and for Other Relief is continued to 08/31/2023 at 2:00 PM in Department C12.

There is no proof that the petition has been personally served on the Owner. (Health & Saf. Code, § 17980.7, subd. (c).) Nor is there proof that Owner was given notice of the hearing date, time or location. (Code Civ. Proc. § 1005; Cal. R. Ct. Rule Cal. R. Ct. Rule 3.1110.)

The City shall serve the petition and supporting papers and give notice of the continued hearing date. Proof of service of the same shall be filed by 8/24/23. Otherwise, the hearing on the petition will be taken off-calendar.

The City shall give notice of ruling as prescribed, above.
