Petitioner Trinity Packaging Supply, LLC (“Petitioner”) seeks provisional relief pending arbitration against Respondent Stephanie Kiernan (“Respondent”). 

On 6/8/2023, the Court served the notice of hearing on Petitioner’s prior counsel.  (ROA No. 8.)  It does not appear notice was served on Petitioner’s current counsel.  Accordingly, the hearing on this petition is continued to 9/7/23 at 2:00 P.M. in Department C12.
