Petitioner Forward Financing, LLC (“Petitioner”) seeks an order confirming an arbitration award issued against Respondents Terramor Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Terramor Enterprises and Byung Choi (collectively, “Respondents”).

Petitioner has not shown the petition and notice of hearing were properly served on Respondents.  (Code Civ. Proc., §§ 1290.2 and 1290.4; Cal. Rules of Ct., Rule 3.1300(c).)  Accordingly, the hearing on this petition is continued to October 19, 2023 at 2:00 PM in Department C12.

Petitioner shall file a proof of service showing the notice of continuance and petition were served in accordance with CCP section 1290.2 and 1290.4. 

Petitioner shall give notice.
