Petition to Compel Arbitration

The parties have now agreed that the arbitration shall take place in California.  They have however confirmed they are unable to agree on an arbitrator and have each provided their respective lists of candidates.  They have also jointly asked the court to select the arbitrator from their competing lists.  The Court selects Hon. Andrew Guilford (Judicate West) as the arbitrator. 

The Court will set an ADR review hearing approximately 6 months out to evaluate the case status and whether or not the matter may be dismissed.  The review hearing is set for 1/9/23 at 9:30AM.
