The Court previously continued Respondent’s motion to sell the subject property.  The Court indicated that it would consider permitting the proposed sale provided there were appropriate protections to ensure payment of enforcement costs to date and completion of the rehabilitation work necessary to make the property legally compliant.  The parties were ordered to meet and confer regarding an appropriate stipulation and order.  The Court will consider the parties’ proposal(s) in connection with the scheduled hearing and status conference.
