On 8/25/22 the Court issued a tentative ruling on this matter.  Prior to the hearing the parties advised that a settlement had been reached and that a stipulation and order would be filed prior to a continued hearing date.  This matter was continued to 9/15/22 in order to permit the parties to file their proposed order resolving the motion.  No filing has been made.  The Court will adopt its prior tentative as the final ruling on the motion.
