 Claim for Surplus Funds

Petitioner MTC Financial Inc. dba Trustee Corps (“Petitioner”) seeks an order to deposit surplus funds arising from a Trustee’s Sale of real property located at 974 Junipero Drive, Costa Mesa, California 92626 (“Subject Property”). 

Petitioner has complied with Civil Code section 2924j.  Accordingly, Petitioner’s petition is granted.  Petitioner shall deposit the surplus funds of $366,000.35 with the Clerk of the Court within 15 days. 

A hearing on potential claims is scheduled October 27 at 2:00 p.m. in Department C12. 

Petitioner shall provide notice of this ruling and the hearing on potential claims to all potential claimants.
