Pursuant to the parties’ stipulation, the Court, on October 17, 2024, ordered an extension of the five-year deadline under CCP Section 583.310 to August 31, 2025, and set the trial date for July 15, 2025. The present motion to toll the five-year deadline is therefore moot and taken off calendar.
