The Court excuses the personal appearance
of Claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video
conference call.
The Court has reviewed the Petition to
Approve Compromise of Pending Action of a Jesus Castro, 16. The application is
denied for the following reasons: Proposed Order on Form MC-351 is not filed.
No proof of service for the application on the other parties are filed. The
name and address of the proposed custodian and the money or other property to
be transferred is not provided and need to be specified in Attachment 18b(6).
THE
COURT CONTINUES THIS HEARING TO MARCH 27, 2024, AT 1:30 P.M. PETITIONER IS ORDERED TO CORRECT THE
DEFICIENCIES SET FORTH ABOVE NO MORE THAN FIVE DAYS BEFORE THE CONTINUED
HEARING DATE. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY
RESULT IN SANCTIONS.
