Ruling: MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL IS MOOT

On May 10, 2024, Plaintiff’s counsel Yagobzadeh Law Firm moved the Court to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Divetta McDaniel. On May 24, 2024, Plaintiff signed and filed a substitution of attorney, whereby Yagobzadeh Law Firm is to be substituted out and Plaintiff is to represent himself in pro per. The present motion is moot and therefore denied.
