TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of Claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call. 

The Court reviews the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable. The Court also finds the attorney’s fees fair and reasonable. However, the petition contains the following deficiency: Item 8a(2) contains the wrong amount. As a result, the numbers do not add up. The Court CONDITIONALLY GRANTS the petition upon the filing of an amended order addressing the deficiency listed above no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.
