In the proposed settlement, the gross amount of settlement is $100,000.00. $2,861.91 will be used for medical expenses, $25,000 for attorneys’ fees, and $1075.29 will be used for costs. The net balance of $71,062.80 will awarded to the Claimant.

The Court reviews the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable.¿The Court also finds the attorney’s fees fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the petition filed on February 28, 2024 is GRANTED.
