The Court excuses the personal appearance of Claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of ATARAH ROBINSON, 15. The application is denied for the following reasons: Plaintiff filed an expedited petition; however, the total settlement in this case exceeds $50,000.00. Claimant is to receive $15,000.00 and petitioner is to receive $38,000.00. Claimant needs to file a petition for minor compromise (MC-350).

Claimant is hereby ordered to file a petition for minors comprise (MC-350) and other required documents no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.
