Ruling: MOTION TO QUASH SERVICE AND SET ASIDE DEFAULT IS DENIED.

 

On August 24, 2021, Plaintiff filed the present action against Defendant Jonathon Romero. On January 30, 2024, the Court dismissed the action against Defendant Jonathon Romero. Consequently, there is no ongoing litigation against Defendant in this case. Therefore, the motion to quash service and set aside default is moot and therefore DENIED.
