The Court has reviewed the petitions for both Eduardo Teczon and Leonardo Teczon and finds the proposed settlement fair and reasonable. The Court also finds the attorney’s fees to be fair and reasonable. However both petitions do not contain the petitioner’s signature. The petitioner’s signature needs to be provided. Additionally, item 18a of the petition should be marked "yes" and attachment 18a needs to be provided. The Court CONDITIONALLY GRANTS the petitions, subject to the filing of amended petitions addressing the noted deficiencies no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to comply may result in sanctions.
