TENTATIVE

The Court excuses the personal appearance of Claimants and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call. 

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Alex Nikolai,14. The application is denied for the following reasons: Under 11(b)(3) and 11(b)(4), the petition states that petitioner LILIT KHACHATRYAN is a plaintiff in the same action with the claimant, and she would receive money under the proposed settlement, but she is not a party to the action. No breakdown of the cost is provided. Requesting party need to provide reasons for the apportionment of the settlement payments between the claimant and the other Plaintiff in Attachment 11b(6).

The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Aaron Alchian, 14. The application is denied for the following reasons: Attachment 11b(3) needs to be filed describing the circumstances and the effect your claim and its disposition has on the proposed compromise of the claim or action described in this petition. Requesting party needs to provide reasons for the apportionment of the settlement payments between the claimant and the other Plaintiff in Attachment 11b(6). No breakdown of the cost is provided. Furthrer, on MC-351, the Claimant is listed as Alex Nikolai and not Aaron Alchian.

CLAIMANTS ARE ORDERED TO CORRECT THE DEFICIENCIES NOTED ABOVE.  FAILURE TO DO SO MAY RESULT IN SANCTIONS.  THE COURT SETS AN OSC RE MINOR COMPROMISE ON MARCH 29, 2024, IN DEPARTMENT 27 AT 8:30 AM. NO APPEARANCE REQUIRED IF RECEIPT IS FILED IN ADVANCE.
