Under the proposed settlement, the gross settlement of $300,000 is set to be distributed as follows: $ 75,000.00 for attorney’s fees, $6,064. for costs, and the net balance of $ 218,936.00 to Claimant.

The Court reviews the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable. The Court also finds the attorney’s fees fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the petition filed on May 22, 2024, is GRANTED.
