Under the proposed settlement related to Claimant Jaleea Himes, a gross settlement of $7,500 is set to be distributed as follows: $245.41 will be allocated for medical expenses, $1875 for attorneys' fees, and $371.05 for costs. The net balance of $5,008.54 will be awarded to Claimant Jaleea Himes.

Under the proposed settlement related to Claimant Jayda Himes, a gross settlement of $7,500 is set to be distributed as follows: $214.36. will be allocated for medical expenses, $1875 for attorneys' fees, and $366.55 for costs. The net balance of $5,044.09 will be awarded to Claimant Jayda Himes.

The Court has reviewed the Petitions and determined that all required information has been provided and all necessary attachments have been filed. The Court finds the settlements and the attorney’s fee fair and reasonable. Based on the foregoing, the petitions filed on February 11, 2025, are GRANTED.
