The Court reviews the settlement and attorney’s fees and finds it fair and reasonable. However, the petition contains the following minor deficiencies: Items 4 and 8b of the proposed order need to be provided. Item 8a(1) needs to be amended.

The Court CONDITIONALLY GRANTS the petition upon filing of an amended application addressing the deficiencies listed above no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.
