¿

MOTION FOR ORDER TO ENTER JUDGMENT PURSUANT TO SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT

Hearing Date: 12/17/24

CASE NO./NAME: 22stcv17066 Sahegian, et al. v. Pacific Coast Tours & Charters, Inc. et al.

Moving Party: Plaintiffs

Responding Party: Defendants

Notice: Sufficient¿¿

Ruling: Granted

Plaintiffs move to have the Court enter judgment pursuant to a written settlement agreement.  Defendant asks the Court to delay entering Judgment based on the automatic stay arising from a defendant’s bankruptcy proceeding.  However, in the Declaration of counsel apparently submitted in opposition to the Motion, counsel makes no reference to the Bankruptcy Court’s October 18, 2024, order effectively excluding this case from the stay.  Based on that order, the Motion is granted.

Plaintiff to give notice and to file documents to effectuate the Judgment.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
