Moving Party: Defendants Vons and Kehe Distributors

Responding Party: Plaintiff

Notice: Sufficient

Ruling: MOTIONS TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES ARE DENIED

This hearing concerns Defendant THE VONS COMPANIES, INC.'s motion to compel Plaintiff to provide further responses to its Form Interrogatories, Set 1, Special Interrogatories, Set 1, and Request for Production of Documents, Set 1 and Defendant KEHE DISTRIBUTORS, LLC's motion to compel Plaintiff to provide further responses to its Form Interrogatories, Set 1, Special Interrogatories, Set 1, and Request for Production of Documents, Set 1. On August 27, 2024, Plaintiff’s counsel filed a declaration that Plaintiff’s complete, verified, and objection-free Supplemental Responses to all of Defendants’ subject discovery, namely Defendant THE VONS COMPANIES, INC. and KEHE DISTRIBUTORS, LLC’s Form Interrogatories (Set One), Special Interrogatories (Set One), and Request for Production of Documents (Set One), have now been served.
