This hearing concerns
Defendant THE VONS COMPANIES, INC.'s motion to compel Plaintiff to provide
further responses to its Form Interrogatories, Set 1, Special Interrogatories,
Set 1, and Request for Production of Documents, Set 1 and Defendant KEHE DISTRIBUTORS,
LLC's motion to compel Plaintiff to provide further responses to its Form
Interrogatories, Set 1, Special Interrogatories, Set 1, and Request for
Production of Documents, Set 1. On August 27, 2024, Plaintiff’s counsel filed a
declaration that Plaintiff’s complete, verified, and objection-free
Supplemental Responses to all of Defendants’ subject discovery, namely
Defendant THE VONS COMPANIES, INC. and KEHE DISTRIBUTORS, LLC’s Form
Interrogatories (Set One), Special Interrogatories (Set One), and Request for
Production of Documents (Set One), have now been served. The motion is
therefore moot and denied.
The Court will hear
from Defendant should they contest Plaintiff’s counsel’s declaration.
