The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Sophia Gozukuchikyan, a minor. The application is denied for the following reasons:

·        Items under 12a of the application need to be revised to ensure all the numbers are correctly totaled.

·        Items 12b(5)(b) and 12(a) need to be revised to ensure the numbers are consistent with each other.

Petitioner is hereby ordered to correct the deficiencies noted above no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.¿
