The Court excuses the personal appearance of Claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call. 

The Court has reviewed the settlement and finds it fair and reasonable, including the attorney’s fees, which are also deemed fair and reasonable. The Court notes, however, that the petition was filed using a prior version of the form; this error will be excused on this occasion. Additionally, the Order to Deposit Money into Blocked Account (Form MC-355) has not been submitted.

The Court will CONDITIONALLY GRANTS the petition subject to submission of Order to Deposit Money into Blocked Account (Form MC-355) no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.¿
