On September 11, 2024, Plaintiffs Henry Sanchez
and Misha De Salazar, and Defendants 332 S. Hill Street, LLC; Maintain
Services, LLC; and DCP LA Corp. dba La Cita entered into a stipulation to
dismiss this case with prejudice. The agreement includes the withdrawal of
Defendant 332 S. Hill St.’s Motion for Summary Judgment, scheduled for
September 16, 2024. Thus, the present motion is off calendar.
