On August 19, 2022,
Plaintiff filed the complaint. On November 3, 2023, Defendant Mark Walsh filed
his answer. Defendant requests the Court to continue the trial to December 2024
for more time to complete discovery. No opposition was filed. Defendant's
request is reasonable, as Defendant filed his answer less than a year ago.
Given the age of the case and no prior continuances, and a lack of an
opposition alleging prejudice, the Court grants the present motion.
The new Trial Date is set for December __, 2024, at 8:30 a.m. The
Final Status Conference is continued to December__, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
All case-related deadlines will follow the new trial date.
