TENTATIVE 

The Court excuses the personal appearance of Claimant and the guardian ad litem. Counsel may appear by telephone or video conference call.

·        The numbers listed under items 11 and 12 of the petition do not add up correctly. For example, all expenses listed under item 12 total $37,305.94, yet the stated total expenses under item 12a(1) is only $35,967.56. Similarly, the total payments to medical providers add up to $14,949.29, not the listed amount of $14,929.29. Additionally, Petitioner has indicated a personal payment of $120, which was not correctly accounted for.

·        Under item 13a of the petition, the attorney fee is listed as $40,000.00; however, elsewhere in the petition and in the proposed order, the attorney fee is stated as $39,234.70.

·        The net balance under item 15 of the petition is shown as $45,016.16, yet under item 16f, the net balance is $40,000.00.

·        Given the numerous calculation errors identified above, Petitioner is instructed to carefully review the petition, correct all discrepancies, and submit an amended petition.

·        Lastly, under item 8a(3) of the proposed order, Petitioner needs to include payment to Juliana Luevano.

Petitioner is hereby ordered to correct the deficiencies noted above no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.¿
