The Court has reviewed the Petition to Approve Compromise of Pending Action of Khloe Maeheia, a minor. The application is denied for the following reasons: 

The medical expenses under item 12b(5)(b) need to be adjusted to reflect the correct amount, as it is currently incorrectly totaled.

Petitioner is hereby ordered to correct the deficiency noted above no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.
