On February 9, 2025, Plaintiff served her Requests for Admission, Set One, on Defendant Elaine Deleonguerrero. Defendant did not serve any responses by the statutory deadline and has yet to serve any responses to date. Plaintiff moves to have the contents of her Requests for Admission, Set One, deemed admitted.

Defendant did not file an opposition or submit any filing indicating that responses were served prior to the hearing.

Accordingly, the motion is granted. The contents of Plaintiff’s Requests for Admission, Set One, are deemed admitted against Defendant Deleonguerrero. Plaintiff did not request sanctions.
