Defendant Kaiser
Foundation has filed certain redacted versions of documents in support of its
motion for summary adjudication. Kaiser moves the court to file the unredacted
version of the document under seal. No opposition was filed. Based on Kaiser’s representation that the
documents which it seeks to seal include confidential business information
within a contract and personal health information within a personnel file, the
Court grants the Motion. Kaiser is to lodge
an appropriate order for the Court’s signature sealing the items it requests be
sealed.
