The Court finds the settlement for Claimant Lionel Gomez, Jr. fair and reasonable.¿The Court also finds the attorney’s fees fair and reasonable. However, the petition contains the following minor deficiency: Item 8 of the proposed order states that all attorney's fees are to be paid to Carpenter & Zuckerman. However, the petition and attached documents indicate that attorney's fees are to be split between Carpenter & Zuckerman and Omega Law Group. This section needs to be amended to reflect the correct distribution amongst the law firms. The Court CONDITIONALLY GRANTS the petition upon filing of an amended application addressing the deficiency listed above no less than 5 days prior to the new court date set below. Failure to do so may result in sanctions.¿¿
