 On February 6, 2023, Plaintiff filed her complaint alleging that on or about October 5, 2020, Defendants performed and “botched” a “thread lift” procedure.  Defendants now demur to the Complaint based on the statute of limitations.

 

Plaintiff did not file an opposition.

 

The Court hereby sustains the demurrer without leave to amend.  Accordingly, the case is dismissed with prejudice.
