On June 1, 2022,
Plaintiff filed the present case. On November 29, 2023, the Court dismissed the
present action due to the parties’ non-appearance at trial and final status
conference. On May 29, 2024, Plaintiff filed a motion to set aside the
dismissal. On November 5, 2024, Plaintiff filed a request for re-dismissal of
the entire action with prejudice. In light of Plaintiff’s request, the present
motion is taken off calendar.
