TENTATIVE RULING

On December 6, 2022, this court granted Cross-Defendant Guerrero’s unopposed motion for stay of proceedings under the service members Civil Relief Act.  The action was stayed for 90 days pending Guerrero’s return from active duty.

If Guerrero is still on active duty, the court is inclined to extend the stay for another 90-day period to June 7, 2023.  The court will hear from the parties.
