This action was filed on December 10, 2018. A Judgment, after jury trial, was entered on June 5, 2024 for Plaintiff George Makridis and against Defendants William Watson; Rescue One Ambulance; and Andrew Ayad Boulos in the total amount of $1,133,500.00. On August 5, 2024, Defendants Boulos and Watson filed a Notice of Appeal.

The following motions are currently scheduled to be heard on December 17, 2024 by the Honorable Julian Recana in Dept, SE-L: Hearing on Claim of Exemption/Third-Party Claim; and Motion to Stay Enforcement of Judgment for Appeal.

Defendant Boulos now moves ex parte to advance the hearing date on Defendant Boulos' Motion to Quash Service of Application and Order for Appearance and Examination ("Motion to Quash") to be heard on December 17, 2024, in conjunction with the other two motions set for hearing on that same date.
