C.  Briefing schedule is per Code.  The parties are to address Rules of Prof. Conduct 3-310(E) and H. F. Ahmanson & Co. v. Salomon Bros. (1991) 229 Cal. App. 3d 1445, 1451.

Good cause exists to continue trial to April 14, 2023 at 8:30 a.m. in  Dept. F.

Aside from relaying information regarding the Trial Continuance, Attorney Kim and all attorneys' in his firm are ORDERED to IMMEDIATELY CEASE any communications with Plaintiff Americolor, LLC and Cross-Defendants Paul Om, Lisa Om, OMC Industries, and Protex Supply Company, pending the court's determination on the motion to disqualify counsel.
