Plaintiff applies to release the bond that plaintiff posted on July 30, 2019.  On December 2, 2022,, judgment was entered in plaintiff's favor against Defendants and all cross-complainants; plaintiff has fulfilled his monetary obligation to Bright; and settled with Defendant Ron Townsend.  Therefore, Plaintiff is entitled to an order releasing and exonerating the Bond per CCP 529(a).  Accordingly, Plaintiff's ex parte application is GRANTED.
