On or about April 26, 2022, this Court STAYED this action pending resolution of the Appeal.

On March 22, 2023, the Court of Appeal affirmed this Court’s Order Denying Defendants’ Motion to Compel Arbitration. However, to date, no Remittitur has been issued.

This action remains STAYED until after a Remittitur is issued. The Court CONTINUES the Status Conference Re: Stay Pending Resolution of Defendant’s Appeal on Denial of Petition to Compel Arbitration to Wednesday, May 10, 2023 at 1:30 p.m. in Dept. SE-C. In the event that a Remittitur is issued prior to this date, the parties may seek an automatic lift of the stay upon the issuance of the Remittitur.
