Plaintiffs have requested a two week extension to file their opposition. Thus, Plaintiff’s opposition will be due on February 26, 2024. Any reply will be due on March 4, 2024. Defendant and Cross-Complainant Gerado Gamez has already filed an opposition and has not requested relief, thus, no further briefing will be accepted from him.
