This action was filed on January 6, 2021. Trial is scheduled for March 19, 2025. Plaintiff PABLO ALBARRAN's Counsel moves ex parte for an order to advance the hearing date of Plaintiff's Counsel's Motion to be Relieved as Counsel, which is currently set for December 18, 2024, to a date on or before November 20, 2024. Plaintiff's Counsel argues that his Motion to be Relieved as Counsel should be advanced because December 19, 2024 is only two weeks before Plaintiff Albarran's Opposition to Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment (scheduled to be heard on January 23, 2025) is due. 

Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application for an Order Advancing the Hearing Date of Plaintiff's Counsel's Motion to be Relieved as Counsel is GRANTED in part. The Court declines to specially set the matter to be heard on November 20, 2024, which is  in two days. Rather, Plaintiff's Counsel's Motion to be Relieved as Counsel is ADVANCED to today's date and CONTINUED to Thursday, December 5, 2024 at 9:30 a.m. Opposition to be filed and served by no later than November 25, 2024. Reply, if any, to be filed and served no later than December 2, 2024. Moving Party to give notice.
