This personal injury action was filed on June 15, 2021. Trial is set for April 3, 2025. Defendant Whittier Girls Softball League now moves ex parte for an order to continue trial and for an order setting a mandatory settlement conference prior to trial and the final status conference. Defendant asserts that in September 2024, the parties previously applied to continue trial. The Court granted the continuance but did not set a new mandatory settlement conference date. Defendant further provides a stipulation signed by all parties to set a mandatory settlement conference date and continue trial, attached as Exhibit 1 to the Declaration of John Sullivan.

Defendants’ Ex Parte Application for an Order to Continue Trial and for an Order for a Mandatory Settlement Conference Prior to Final Status Conference and Trial is GRANTED pursuant to stipulation of the parties.
