TENTATIVE RULING

Receiver Griswold’s Receiver’s Status Report was filed on March 8, 2023. Receiver Griswold indicates that the remaining work includes the following: new kitchen; new main bathroom; new flooring; ½ bath to be cleaned; new fences and gates; block wall to be repaired; new water heater; new windows and doors where needed; inspect HVAC and repair, if necessary; new garage door; emptying the garage of all contents (including multiple vehicles).
