TENTATIVE ORDER

On January 31, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation for an Order for Leave to File a First Amended Complaint.

Accordingly, the unopposed Motion is GRANTED.  The Proposed First Amended Complaint attached to the January 31, 2023 Stipulation is not deemed filed as of the date of this hearing. Plaintiff is ORDERED to FILE the First Amended Complaint by no later than 5 days from the date of the Court’s issuance of this Order.
