This breach of contract action was filed on January 5, 2024. Trial is currently scheduled for February 6, 2025. Teh following motions are scheduled to be heard after trial:  Motion for Summary Judgment on February 26, 2025; and Motion to be Relieved as Counsel on June 25, 2025.  Plaintiff moves ex parte to either advance the hearing date for Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment or to Continue Trial.  Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application to Advance the Hearing Date on Plaintif's Motion for Summary Judgment to a date on or before January 7, 2025 is DENIED. The Court's congested calendar cannot accommodate this request. 

Plaintiff's Ex Parte Application to Continue Trial is GRANTED, subject to the parties agreeing upon a new trial date which is convenient for the Court’s calendar.  Moving Party to give notice.
