it's own Motion, the Court Specially Sets Defendants PRECISION FORGING
DIES, INC. and DAN KLOSS's Ex Parte Application to Set Aside Entry of Defaults
and Default Judgments and Quash Writs of Possession and Execution for
hearing on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 1: 30 p.m. in Dept.
SE-C. The Ex Parte Application is to be deemed the Moving Papers.
Opposition to be filed and served by no later than January 11, 2023. Reply
to be filed and served by no later than January 13, 2023. The Writs
of Execution and Possession are STAYED until after the January 18,
2023 hearing date. The Los Angeles County Sheriff shall withhold any
disbursements of funds received resulting from the levy performed by the
Sheriff pursuant to any Writ of Execution pending further Order of this Court.
To the extent any funds were paid out as a result of any levies pursuant to the
Writ of Execution in this action, the Parties are enjoined, pending further
