     I.        Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Further Responses to Form Interrogatory (set one) is GRANTED.

    II.        Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel Further Responses to Request for Production of Documents (sets one and two) is DENIED.

Opposing Party to give notice.

The requests for sanctions are denied.

The discovery in dispute is as follows:

FI No. 14.2. Information regarding the existence of any charges or citations: The Motion as to FI 14.2 is GRANTED. Defendant is ORDERED to provide a further response within 30 days of the date of the Court’s issuance of this Order. The issue of admissibility is not currently before the Court at this time. The information sought is relevant to Plaintiff’s claims of abuse and neglect. 

RPD (set one) No. 5. Incident Reports regarding Mr. Martinez and RPD (set two) No. 8. Documents sent to/from the Cal. Dept. of Public Health (the “CDPH”) regarding Mr. Martinez : The Motion is DENIED as to RPD No. 5 and RPD No. 8. Defendant need not produce internal incident reports or anything else protected under Evidence Code §1157. (See Scripps Memorial Hospital v. Superior Court (2003) 109 Cal.App.4th 529. Internal data and collection procedures are entitled to protection. (Id.)
