TENTATIVE RULING:



Pro Per Defendant Reid:  1) applies for a stay of the writ of possession, or in the alternative to shorten time to hear her motion for reconsideration (currently set for 6/8/23); and 2) applies to revoke the court's prior order and to shorten time to hear her motion for reconsideration.

TR:  Both applications are essentially requesting the same relief.  Defendant's ex parte applications are GRANTED in part.  The request to revoke the court's prior order is DENIED.  Alternatively, the court will stay possession and grant defendant's request to shorten time to hear the motion for reconsideration.  The hearing is advanced to this date and continued to Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 1:30 PM in Dept. C.  The ex parte application will be deemed the moving papers.  Opposition papers are to be electronically filed and served by January 23, 2023.  Reply papers are to be electronically filed and served by January 26, 2023.  Moving Party to give Notice.
