The parties
have submitted a signed stipulation to continue Plaintiff’s Motion to Compel
Further Responses to her Requests for Production currently scheduled for August
30, 2023. Based on review of the stipulation, the Court finds good cause to
continue the hearing to November 29, 2023, at 9:30 AM in Dept. C.
The parties
are ordered to submit a joint statement of remaining issues on November 20,
2023, which states the Request Number, the contents of the Request, the reasons
why Plaintiff seeks to compel, and the reasons why Defendant opposes further
responses for each Request the parties cannot resolve through further meet and
confer efforts.
